Open to all, the sessions operate on heartfelt donations. Rooted in the belief that when one individual thrives, the entire community flourishes. A gentle suggestion contribution of 20 euros to support paying the rental of the space and the cacao - Cash Only However, the core aspiration is to weave bonds and serve the community's collective spirit
The Cacao:
Criollo Ceremonial and it’s of its highest quality. Grown on the Pacific coast of Guatemala, nurtured by farmers preserving organic Criollo trees. The cacao is sacred, roasted on plates and delicately peeled by indigenous families. Then transformed into a sumptuous paste and mindfully packaged. Even the discarded shells enrich our soils as fertilizer.
Contraindications:
Cacao: should be avoided by individuals taking antidepressant medications and by those with a history of or who suffer from heart problems.
Sound bath: A history of sound sensitivity or conditions like tinnitus, severe anxiety or panic disorders, certain types of hearing aids or cochlear implants, as the sound frequencies may interfere with these devices.
Terms and conditions:
These GTCs apply to the practice of cacao and sound bath ritual (hereinafter: "Offer") by Renee Becerra (hereinafter: "Provider:in) regardless of the place, time and manner of its implementation, unless otherwise stated in another agreement. The participant agrees to the validity and content of these GTCs at the latest by booking, agreeing and using the offer. These agreements take precedence over any of a participant's own general terms and conditions and take precedence over such.
Liability Waiver (Haftungsausschluss)
The participant declares that in the event of damage, he/she has no claim of any kind against the provider and the landowner, the organization connected to the event, or other participants, and is adequately insured against accidents and liability cases.
This liability waiver applies to claims for any legal reason, especially both for compensation claims from contractual as well as non-contractual liability and also for claims from tortious acts.
The organizer/provider is not liable for health risks and dangers to the participants. It is the responsibility of the participants to check their health status before participating in the event and, if necessary, to have it medically confirmed.
The organizer /provider has no obligation to compensate the participants, due to force majeure, or due to official orders, or safety reasons, the organizer is obliged to make changes in the execution of the event or to cancel it.
